Cofinimmo buys Media Corner shares and sells
Seven buildings in Antwerp for 71.5 million euro

One of the biggest Belgian Real estate group Cofinimmo SA acquired the
shares of RTL Group unit Media Corner SA, and announced that they sold seven
buildings in Antwerp for 71.5 million euro.
Cofinimmo is the foremost listed
Belgian real estate company (Euronext, BEL 20) and one of the largest office
property portfolios on the European market.
They bought Media Corner who owns the RTL House in Schaerbeek, Brussels and
two development projects in Groot-Bijgaarden, Brussels and Singel, Antwerp,
which in total represent an investment value of 137 mln eur, with an average
initial rental yield of about 6.3 pct.
The group also said it sold seven buildings in Singel, Antwerp to Tribeca
Capital partners for 71.5 mln eur, representing a gain of 17.8 mln eur or
1.80 eur per ordinary share.
Cofinimmo will keep revenues from renting these buildings until October 2007
